Youth Festival: Get up and Go—Outside!

Presented by The Institute. Free. Geared for kids of all ages, the event features a variety of activities and entertainment throughout the day. Featured guest entertainment: skateboard demo and instruction by Embark Skate Shop of Frederick, Md.
